We are looking for a hands-on Facilities Manager to ensure that all facility and manufacturing systems and equipment are in good working order and Therion is prepared for a successful pre-approval inspection in 2006. We are currently in Phase III clinical trials (a first for the company) and need an innovative and collaborative leader to manage all facilities-related activities including process and production equipment installations, facility modifications and building a commercial scale manufacturing facility.

We also ask that you have a BS in Engineering, Associate Degree, Military/Technical training or equivalent with 7+ years experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical environment. Previous management experience and a solid understanding of GMPs is desired; a certification in the Environmental Safety area is preferred. We are looking to hire a strong candidate with a thorough understanding of HVAC, electrical or plumbing and experience with materials management and optimizing the supply chain.
