We are currently in Phase III clinical trials (a first for the company) and need an innovative and collaborative member to evaluate or develop and improve our training process, tools and metrics.
We are looking for a hands-on training specialist/project manager to develop, manage and implement the design and delivery of training and development programs cross-functionally. In addition, the training specialist/project manager will provide expert consultation and guidance with internal GMP departments regarding; training content appropriate to learning objectives; delivery methods to ensure training effectiveness; and approaches and options to meet business performance challenges and continuity with Core GMP Training Program. This individual will also be responsible for providing recommendations for capital and operating budgets for training, audits of training systems cross-functionally and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

We also ask that you have a BS or MS degree in Communications or Education with 5 plus years of related pharmaceutical industry experience with a focus on training and development. Knowledge of GMP regulated environments, excellent interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills will be required. The ability to design and implement cGMP complaint training systems and policies along with strong initiative and a can-do attitude, proven effectiveness in a quick-changing, fast-paced environment and a proven record as a team player are also essential.
