Therion has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Marketing team as a summer intern.

The person hired into this position will explore marketing opportunities for Therion�s lead targeted immunotherapeutic candidate for pancreatic cancer. Specifically, the successful candidate will support the execution of pre-launch marketing programs. The areas of responsibility include promotions, medical education, sales operations, distribution, and reimbursement.

Prospective candidates will be in the process of completing the first year of their MBA program. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in the one of the following areas: Marketing, Communication, Medical, Health Science, or Epidemiology. Professional experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech company is preferred. In addition, candidates must demonstrate the following skills:
� Strong interpersonal skills � ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people across different functions
� Capability to work on own initiative in a non-structured environment
� Excellent written and verbal communication skills
� An analytical thinker
� Have familiarity and/or interest in healthcare marketing
� Be self-motivated and assertive
