We are looking for a Lead CRA to join our dynamic team and ensure the successful execution of our Phase III clinical trial for our lead program, PANVAC�-VF for pancreatic cancer. You will work collaboratively with our CRO to ensure all aspects of the study including study initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits are conducted in compliance with Good Clinical Practice, federal regulations, and Therion policies and procedures. Due to the demands of the position frequent after-hour work and overnight travel are required.

We also need someone with a R.N. or Bachelor's degree in biological sciences or other healthcare-related field and 5+ years of biotech/pharmaceutical, clinical or bioresearch experience, including a minimum of two full years as a Clinical Research Associate. If you have strong initiative and a can-do attitude, excellent organizational skills, proven effectiveness in a quick-changing, fast-paced environment and excellent people skills then this is the position for you.
